Board Meeting Minutes

The Board of Directors meets a minimum of three times per year to review, conduct, and implement Council business. Our Board meetings are open to the general Council membership. Attending general members may provide comment on specific issues or offer topics for discussion (in coordination with the Chair), but they may not participate in voting on decisions and actions considered by the Board.

Minutes of meetings of the Board will be posted here for access by the general membership upon finalization of the meeting minutes, which is generally within sixty days following the subsequent meeting of the Board, but no later than ten days prior to the Annual Business Meeting.
